Rift Feedback Lite Musical Feedback Processor

The Rift Feedback Lite plugin developed by Minimal Audio was released in mid-January 2022, and at that time, it was offered as a free download for a limited time, then it would have a regular value of $29 USD. But apparently this promotion has continued to be active or maybe it has returned, I don't know, I haven't found the source of the news, but I have seen that in various forums and sites they have re-published this plugins, and I didn't want to be left out ????.

Rift Feedback Lite - Minimal Audio

The Rift Feedback Lite plugin presents itself as a musical feedback processor. This plugin is extracted from one of the processing sections offered by the "big brother" RIFT plugin, so the musical feedback processing offered by Rift Feedback Lite is capable of creating a wide range of interesting, exciting stereo delay-like effects, complex Chorus effects to produce tuned melodies, with comb filters and more.

Create melodic feedback with easy-to-use pitch adjustment and MIDI key tracking, build huge spaces with stereo and ping pong modes, and dial in your sound with built-in filters and mix control. The plugin's user interface is equally flexible, with beautifully designed light and dark modes.

This RIFT feedback lite effect offers us two feedback modes: Stereo Mode & Ping Pong Mode (the created feedback patterns bounce from left to right). 

In the middle is the 'Frequency' parameter, this knob controls how fast the signal is fed back. This can be set in notes, Hz, milliseconds, or synchronized BPM divisions, depending on the selected FREQUENCY RANGE. To configure the way the 'frequency' parameter works we have a selector button which will allow us to adjust and in general we will find two ranges 'TUNED'  are for resonator, flanger and chorus effects, while the 'TIMED' ranges are for resonator effects. echo and delay

The 'Feedback' parameter allows us to adjust the amount of signal that will be fed back. This one offers us adjustments in Positive & Negative values, the latter inverts the feedback signal, this adjustment is  more noticeable with the feedback frequencies in TUNED mode.

The 'Spread' parameter adjusts the "relative frequency of the Left & Right feedback channels", this allows you to spread the stereo image of the signal. This parameter can be used to detune in TUNED modes and create interesting delay patterns in TIMED modes. And then we have the High Pass & Low Pass filter parameters. Using the High Pass filter at a high setting will help prevent low-frequency buildup & using the Low Pass filter at low settings allows you to create "warmer" effects, while higher settings allow you to retain much more of the high frequencies .

To get the free Rift Feedback Lite plugin we must go to the official website of the developer Minimal Audio (LINK HERE) or we can also obtain it through the authorized distributor Plugin Boutique ( LINK HERE ). To download the Rift Feedback Lite plugin you must have a user account, either at Minimal Audio or Plugin Boutique.
